Commission info !

Terms of service ...

I. Basic tos:
◌ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all my terms;
◌ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason;
◌ Client can only post my artwork for personal use, unless commercial rights have been paid (+50% original price);
◌ Do not claim my work as yours. Credits are appreciated;
◌ I do not allow to use my artworks for NFTs or AI generators.
◌ I will try to respect the estimated time of completition as much as I can. If I cannot fullfill your request, I will issue a refund.II. Contact and communication:
◌ You can contact me via Twitter, instagram or e-mail.
◌ As a client, please provide full and clear references.
◌ Give as much information as you can to describe what you want me to draw. Feel free to send me references (photos, drawings, etc.)III. Payment:
◌ I will only start working when payment has arrived;
◌ you can pay me via Paypal (EUR) or ko-fi.
◌ Once 50% of full price is paid, I will start working on the sketch;
◌ After artwork is complete, client will send the rest of the payment and will get the complete and unwatermarked version of their artwork.
For emotes I only accept full upfront payment, unless it exceeds 80 euros. Payment must be sent after the sketches are approved.
◌ Tips are always appreciated 👀IV. WIP and deadlines:
◌ Deadlines are related to the complexity of your commission. We can reach an agreement for it. Rush fees could be applied if deadline is too close;
◌ I will try to send you WIPs for any phase of my drawing process and everytime I change something. All WIPs will be heavily watermarked;
◌ Changing poses, outfits, or any part of your artwork that requires me to start over after sketching will not be allowed unless a fee is paid;
◌ Please try to point out anything that you don't like or that looks bad (anatomy errors and such) before I start colouring. Only minimal changes will be accepted after that;
◌ If I make any mistake related to your character's design, no additional money is required;
◌ If I cannot meet the deadline, I will issue a full refund.V. Refunds:
◌ I have the right to cancel and refund money for your commission at any time.
◌ If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will depend on the completition status of your arkwork:
Sketch: 90%
Flat colors: 50%
Flat and shading: 0%
◌ If I cancel your commission during process, full refund will be sent.
◌ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.VI. I do not draw:
◌ Furry, mecha, NSFW, gore;
◌ Anything I don't feel comfortable with;
